The market has been tough for all members of the industry. Price at historically low levels seems that have reached the bottom and now at least people can look at the future and take purchases decision with more certainty and confidence. Beside the general situation of the year, October and November has brought few positive news which hopefully will help the market to get back to a better and more sustainable stage.
